Dear 21st Century Before School and After School Parents;
Kindly be informed that the final day for the 21st Century Before School and After School Program for the 2023-2024 School year is scheduled for Thursday, May 9, 2024. The 21st Century Summer Program will commence on Monday, May 20, 2024, for enrolled students. We kindly request that children are not dropped off before 8:00 a.m. For parents dropping off children, please follow the bus line located at the east end of the elementary building as students will be directed to the cafeteria upon arrival. The Clinic in Konawa is offering FREE sports physicals Wednesday May 8, 2024. We will be taking a bus to The Clinic that afternoon after fifth hour at approximately 1:30. Physical forms must be signed by a parent/guardian. These forms will be sent home with your athlete. They may also be obtained at the office, or online https://ossaa.com/OSSAA.

Operating Hours: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday to Friday
Enrollment Deadline: April 30, 2024 (No forms will be accepted after this date)

Parents/Guardians, kindly specify the weeks you want your child to join by encircling those dates on the enrollment forms.

Parents and community members, Oklahoma Blood Institute will be on site tomorrow, 9:30-1:30 at the Maud High School gymnasium. Donation times are filling up, but there is availability in the afternoon for all who are interested!

SPORTS UPDATE! JH/HS Baseball at Maysville today has been cancelled. JH/HS Slowpitch at Vanoss remains scheduled today, 4:30 start. Tomorrow, 4/16/24, JH Baseball will play a double header at Earlsboro, 4:30 start. Lastly, the Baseball District at Earlsboro has been moved up as well, 4/17/24 start. HS Slowpitch District at Maud remains as scheduled, 4/17/24.
JH Baseball is still scheduled to play at Wetumka today, 1:30 pm. HS Baseball in Sasakwa has been rescheduled to start tomorrow, 9:00 am. HS Slowpitch today at Maud has been cancelled.
Prom is this weekend, Saturday, April 13th at Firelake Golf Course, 6:30-8:30pm! All attendees will be walking in Promenade at 5:00 in the High School Gym. This event is open to the public and our community is encouraged to attend! This is a wonderful photo opportunity and a great time to support the students of Maud High School!
CLASS A SLOWPITCH DISTRICTS AT MAUD
As a reminder, according to the Maud School Board Policy, if your child is unwell or gets sent home from school due to illness, they must be free of fever, vomiting, or diarrhea for 24 hours before returning to school. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
