Good evening, We would like to inform you that, due to the anticipated winter weather arriving on Thursday, the 21st Century After School Program will not operate on Thursday afternoon. This notice is provided to give parents ample time to arrange alternative childcare for this day. Please note that this closure only affects the after school program and does not indicate any regular school closures. Thank you for your understanding.

Thursday games for the HS Graham Dustin Tourney have been moved up due to pending weather. The HS girls will now play at 9:00 am and the boys at 10:20 am, our bus will leave at 7:15 am Thursday morning. GO TIGERS!

Good Evening, I would like to provide you with a few important reminders: Maud's 21st Century Before School and After School Program will not be in session on Friday, December 20, 2024. Christmas parties for Maud Elementary School will be held tomorrow, December 20, 2024, beginning at 2:00 p.m. Please note that Maud Public Schools will observe a Christmas Break from December 23, 2024, through January 3, 2025. Classes and the Before School Program will resume on Monday, January 6, 2025. Thank you for your attention to these important dates. Wishing you a pleasant evening.

Dear Parents/Legal Guardians, We want to inform you that if your child is a passenger on Mr. Davis' bus, there may be a delay in their arrival home. Each month throughout the school year, both the middle school and high school have two students selected as student of the month. This award is one that is voted on by teachers and staff. The month of November had a specific focus, leadership. These students are leaders in the classroom and on the court and cheer team. Congratulations to our November Students of the Month! Middle School: Nevaeh Bicek and Koi Street. High School: Janlee Impson and Bowdee Brooks.

Dear Parents and Legal Guardians, Today, your child will bring home an Impact Aid Survey Form. This form is essential for our school to receive Federal funding through the Impact Aid Program. The survey may or may not pertain to your family. If the survey is applicable, please complete it and return it with your child. If it does not apply, kindly mark "N/A" on the form and send it back to school. For students in grades PK-5, if the completed survey is returned tomorrow, December 10, 2024, your child will receive a coupon for one free snack on snack day. For students in grades 6-12, returning the survey tomorrow will earn your child a coupon for one free item at the concession stand. Thank you for your cooperation.

Maud Elementary School is pleased to announce its upcoming annual Christmas Concert, featuring the remarkable talents of our Pre-Kindergarten through 5th Grade students. This festive event is set for Tuesday, December 10, 2024, commencing at 6:00 p.m. in the High School Gymnasium. To ensure a smooth experience, we request that all students arrive at the gym by 5:30 p.m. Students will be seated on the west side of the gym, while parents and guests can find seating on the east side. We kindly ask that students wear closed-toed shoes and dress appropriately for this special occasion. Please note that the 21st Century After School Program will not be held on this day, allowing our teachers and students the opportunity to fully participate in this event. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to celebrating this joyous occasion together!

Thursday's games at home vs Weleetka have been cancelled due to Weleetka's football team playing in the State Championship. The HS Weleetka game is now rescheduled for 1/16/24. JH will NOT be playing Weleetka on 1/16/24, as they are in a tournament that week.

Good Afternoon, We would like to inform you that Maud's 21st Century Community Learning Center is distributing a Parent Survey today. We kindly request that all parents complete this survey, regardless of whether your child is currently enrolled in the Before-School and/or After-School Program. This year marks our fourth year of a five-year grant, and it is essential for us to gather this information as we prepare to reapply for an additional five years of funding.
